Icewell Keep - Outdoor

Icewell Keep (thurgadinb) is now considered an outdoor zone, i can cast spirit of wolf, and not shrink.

i can't possibly see how this would ever have been considered an outdoor zone, but i can't find any mentioning of this ever been a problem on any comments on allakhazam.
