Description: Slaggak takes 4 shardwurm fangs from GD and should give faction, XP, and a pair of Cerulean Greaves. He's currently just giving faction and XP.

Relevant NPCs: Slaggak the Trainer

Expected behavior: He should be returning Cerulean Greaves as well as the faction and XP.
