Default New Box Idea

With all the excitement about the new Pantheon(tm) game we should take advantage of supporting the game by wiping red 99 -or- introducing a meta game into Teams 99 when it releases.

I was thinking with the donation perks we could launch a new server and for every dollar donated you get a random draw from the item database weighted towards undesirable results (iron ration, Skin of Milk). Make it 10-100 times less likely to get a rare or raid level item in the database, so people have to spend 100's of RL dollars to get high end pixels.

Now items are just the tip. Next, allow for a 50 dollar donation that you can play one character race in any starting city you want with the same faction benefits for that starting city.

After that we will of course want to make XP donations possible, but not too easy. For Levels 1-10 every dollar yields 5% xp for that level.
Levels 11-20 will yield 3% xp per dollar.
Levels 21-30 will yield 1.5% xp per dollar.
Levels 31-40 will yield 1% xp per dollar.
Levels 41-50 will yield .5%xp per dollar.
Levels 51-60 will yield .2% xp per dollar.

As you can see this is a win win for the server and pantheon kickstarter. The only thing missing is some name changes and 'get out of macroquest ban'. I feel that the name change fee should be $20 dollars and ban escapes should be around $100 dollars.

With all the revenue and excitement this will surely make for a thriving red server.
