Where do I extract the new patch file to? Help please!

extract it into your EverQuest directory (see: folder)

Thanks for the replies. That's what I've been doing but the Winrar Diagnostics messages window opens up and lists a bunch of failures "cannot create spells_us.txt" etc , telling me Access is denied?
