Need help

Hello there, so lately im having a problem, when I move my mouse cursor over a item or spell the name isn't popping up like it normally should, can anyone shoot me some recommendations via PM or post here. Thanks all.

Try restarting your computer. This happened to me a few times and restarting always corrected it
