1017 error with 1 account and not another?

I am getting 1017 error on one of my older accounts, and one brand new login account, but not with like 5 other accounts that all work perfectly.

Has anyone encountered this problem or one similar to it?

Edit: And on the accounts that wont log on to project 1999 servers, they have no problems logging on to PEQ the grand creation.

This is all on the same machine =/

To summarize

5 accounts log on to P99
1 old account cannot
1 new account cannot

Same computer

And the accounts with issues can log on to PEQ.
