What should I do if my account gets banned and no one will tell me why or who banned me? And how long does it take GMs to respond these days?

Well no one has told me what I did. Deru said he wasnt the one who banned me and I have to find the staff member who did bann me. How the hell am i going to do that...? I've made 3 petitions on forums 2 petitions in game over the past 3 days and nothing...
