Q: What about a raid mob being indefinitely kited or occupied?
A: It is against server policy to indefinitely kite, or otherwise keep occupied, a raid mob without intention of bringing it to your raid camp. You either bring it to your raid, die, or zone out. Obvious stall-kiting of a raid mob, especially in situations to prevent engagement by another guild, will result in disciplinary actions against the kiter's account, and possibly their raid/guild leadership.

For 2 min, Supremacy stall-kites or otherwise kept occupied Draco in a situation to prevent another guild from engagement.

I guess the real question is, with 30 in zone why did it take an FTE message for you to realize draco popped? I mean BDA's entire strategy is do a clear and hope you get lucky with a pop....well you got lucky....

In all honesty however, this situation seems very very similar to a particular Faydedar that got awarded to FE when TMO was dying.

supremacy was sitting on the spawn point of draco while our forces cleared the zone, draco spawns and supremacy immediately starts kiting it around thus negating a chance at us even pulling it, we had 30 in zone, they had their kiter and a tracker. You can't kite a raid mob, you can only pull a raid mob, there was no one to pull it to. Kill was awarded to FE anyways. Fraps show exactly that, no interpretation necessary, we had a raid, they didn't. FE kites the mob and ruins our chance to even engage it.

Except that one raid force didnt partially wipe and then proceed to kite a mob around. Even on the 30 minute Sev, there was no attempt to kite to wait for reinforcements. But you know, its probably the same thing.
