pc crashed, now cant play eq

pc#2 gave up the ghost last night.

a ropey seagate hdd, finally corrupted the windows7 boot file(whatever its called)

SO i moved the hdd onto an older pc, my dad recently gave me.

Tried to launch EQ from the drive, and i get past the server screen, but it errors before the char select screen. SOme useless error msg about problem with everquest and need to close.

any ideas?

direct x9 error or gfx problem??

oolder pc is win xp with agp card. sempron 2gig cpu eg single core

aha!!

found a problem with the gfx card driver, so reinstalled it and its sort of working now.

still having some issues with resolution, but this they can be solved with bit fiddling.
