Having recently developed lag problems

So, up until now, my game (lag wise) has ran perfectly, I've never been disconnected...until today. Almost every other time I zone, I get kicked out to log in screen. On the times I do manage to zone, the zone I load into becomes "dead", I can run around (track doesn't work), mobs are still up and moving around, but all chat stops, I can't cast spells, and then eventually I get kicked off to log in screen. Has something recently changed?
