Quest Issue: Staff of temperate flux quest bugged?

The Wizard quest in temple of solusek to get the staff of temperate flux (essential wizzie item) may be bugged.

A few days ago I did the turn in with the three hearts and the staff and got no quest text, and no staff. This was on RED btw, but I figured it wasn't necessarily a pvp bug so I just posted it in the general bug section.

I am 99% sure I did NOT hand the items into one of the nearby npcs. Am always really careful about that kind of thing, but I will admit its a possibility.

I have a thread up in petition forum as well, so I'd rather not repost my account name here, but character name was gotgnomes. Tried the turn in on 8/19/13 at around 8pm.

Has anyone else had a problem doing this quest recently? And if this just happened to me, is it possible to get the items reimbursed? Hoping when one of the gm's are free they could check what happened that day. Doing my best to be a good little gnome and not bother the staff constantly on this, but i want that damn staff really bad!! it's like being a kid on christmas morning and KNOWING you're getting that one amazing toy, and then opening it and having an empty box >_<. lol.

Darkwood Staff obtained by giving Romar Sunto in Temple of Solusek Ro a Lambent Stone
Heart of Fire from inferno goblin wizard in Solusek's Eye (Sol A)
Heart of Frost from a goblin wizard in Permafrost
Rod of Bone from a stone skeleton in Lake Rathetear

Oh, my apologies, I did turn in the items listed by dilpo above, for sure. for some reason I thought the rod of bone was called heart of stone, but it was definitely the rod.

I did NOT identify any of the items, but I didn't think that made a difference.

Turned in a Heart of Stone instead of the Rod of Bone. Nothing wrong with quest as far as I can tell.
