Killing a brother

What would it take to get help in killing a brother for a robe or is it bad mojo to kill brother qwinn

It's a pita and people generally wanted to be paid for their services - at 50 you should be able to buy the sash/headband and camp raster/targin. Qwinn and Zephyl were both indifferent to my iksar monk.
