Spells: Feerott Spectres and Shock of Poison

When casting shock of poison on spectres in the feerott, it lands, the dd portion of the spell works, but does no dot tick damage. I have used this spell on the spectres in oasis and oot and it works fine. Just not the ones in feerott.
