Question: do you need the faction to turn in the tear? I have one sitting in my bank and wasn't sure if faction was needed to start the fight or only the final turn in. Either way, a quick bump for ya.

person w/ tear needs max faction to spawn the epic version of rak`ashiir. anyone can then loot the scale he drops. turning in the scale to the final npc in EJ with the appropriate faction (max TS) rewards a spear of fate
