There is one thing I agree with you on though, we do need to focus more on what to do next time and make sure people are confident stepping into roles that need to be filled.

I had wondered why Menden mentioned that the time of year was a tough one for people and that he was giving leniency to Furor. I can only imagine that once he was caught (due to not believing that his tech couldn't be traced like a fucking moron), he blubbered and cried and most likely threatened self harm if the deed was done to him. Seems right on par for the sociopathic course for your leadership.

The guy left Riot because Detoxx's application was flat rejected, then cited it not being a 'Christian thing to do'.
Are we to assume that subterfuge (logging into other guild's bots to make it look like they trained themselves) and then flat lies after the fact are 'Christian things to do'? I don't know man, maybe you have some fan fiction you should write too.

Not sure how that proves that he threatened suicide to Menden but ok.
Just think Menden meant that with the holidays looming during a tough 2020 he didn't want to punish all of the guild for Fur's actions.

I can see that sentiment, now, actually. Thanks for the alternate view.
So why didn't Freedom not want to punish Furor's actions?
