I turned 36 today, not much of a accomplishment but I’m happy about the porketta shoulder roast I prepped yesterday.

theres a show on netflix called american barbeque showdown they emphasize the importance of brine before you cook, 24 hour marinade

they use little mops for bbq sauce, great show to watch when you are blasted out of your fucking skull on weed

Today i told my employer im going 1099 contractor by thanksgiving and giving myself a raise to 105k/year (50$/hr) if we wants to keep me onboard full time as a 1099 employee.
