You're prolly not sure what I'm trying to say because you clearly lack basic reading comprehension. Ragnaros claimed that Nizzar is due all the glory for the gear holocaust members have, while I'm stating that Nizzar mainly stumbled into a lucky situation that he had very little to do with, and that the glory is better attributed to Lovely and/or other circumstances that occurred at the onset of the box.

nizzar was a worthy squire, but he did not have the reaction speed nor the critical thinking skills to become a true hero

Most people have success due to a combination of ability and opportunity. Saying Nizzar did nothing to make Nihilum what it was is pretty short-sided, regardless if you disagree with how he ran his guild. In the end, he was his own undoing because of his inability to have a strong senior management level. Every time he was absent even a few days the foundation started to crack, only to be repaired when he returned. When he finally was gone for good there was nobody left willing or able to pick up the pieces.

I don't see these same problem with Holo though, which makes me think they have a chance to stick around a long time. Honestly, I am not sure that makes the server any better than it was. It may be more friendly to new players, but eventually the crown of retirement mentality will set in with no real dynamic competition at the end. The last real chance this server had for a RZ like culture of accountability was the month or so after Nihilum was disbanded. You can debate who is at fault for a new mega-guild rising from the ashes, but the thought of 3-4 30ish man crews is all but dead at this point.

I hate when people throw around the term BiS like there are a lot of people who are actually BiS. How many are there, honestly? Casters with grey suede boots, people with all their sky quests done if they are upgrades, etc? I bet there are like 20 total and half of them haven't been heard from in a while.
