I actually just had a lovely conversation regarding the intestinal health benefits of a good yogurt with a coworker. Now I'm not sure how I feel about using the word yogurt irl.

That's badass. My best friend does a lot of raw organic goat milk. My main problem is laziness. If I could have someone prepare fermented foods for me on the regular I would be throwing the best shit into my gut all day long.
