Didn't you already have a chance at the kind of server you are describing? Thinkin its pretty dead in the graveyard of fail ideas. Did you have fun with the other 50 people who wanted this ruleset? You will probably play this server anyways despite your "threat?" of not playing.

Lawl, that's the original rules of the true pvp server, scrub. Rallos Zek was +4/-4, but these rules are better with a smaller population ~

People misunderstand pvp servers .. dont forget , WE killed the sleeper on rallos, not a bluebie server. 90% of the server is anti-pk anyways, its mostly like a normal server. If you don't have a recognized guild, you don't get a group at higher levels and that's that :P mess up your reputation and you'll be flagged as a pker very quick. news spreads fast.
