--mobs running to late, thus group dynamics are skewed (no need for snare, dungeon environment much safer)
--critters not returning items you give them when you kill them (makes soloing certain critters either to hard, or to expensive)

-High resists in high db / white / yellow mobs.
-Druids and Mages who don't use their DS on the tank (Seriously people, that damage adds up!).
-People who use the word "gay" when they mean "stupid", and then use it ad nauseum.
-pl0x. It's please. PLEASE. There is no X and there is no 0 in that word. Had I the power to do it, every person who asked me for a "SoW pl0x" would be instantly TL'd to the Plane of Fear to be death touched by Cazic-Thule himself. Good luck breaking that plane, jerkwad.
-Tanks who insist on making the Shaman or Druid heal when the heals just can't keep up with the damage being put out @ a given level. Then die when they get over-zealous and blame the healer.

...I suppose its more like a list of peeves rather than any one single annoyance...
