If Nihilum had done well in that fight, the pvp leaderboards would be available.
I think we can safely assume that until the leaderboards become visible again that Nihilum is not winning the encounters for dragons.

BTW I killed 2 Nilly yesterday, those kills count as 45 each, since I'm a Ranger with no epics or VP gear or Trak gear. Therefore RD did much better even statistically.

i would rather attempt to jump-kite people around with the very good chance of a backstab not landing that hard than sit in a corner and without a doubt die after voiddance/whirlwind fades
