The spice doesn't upset me. I always overspice my food cooking.

I think people just eat low quality heavily processed crap and blame the spiciness. If you use wholesome ingredients and go from scratch you won't get sick.

The oil my Chinese and one of my Mexican place uses is horrific.

I just genuinely like habeneros and jerk seasoning (scotch bonnet). In other news, it looks like I can finally lose weight again after quitting cigarettes. The scale refused to go down for 2 weeks straight. ~20lbs to go.

Hell yes. I saw your pictures. You're looking great. How tall are you? 144 seems real low.
I wanna go for 160 but I'm afraid I'm gonna look skeletal at 6ft.
