First HS key was Trystych. First Staff of the Dreaded Gaze was Skie, not Garibaldi.

I would argue it is a milestone item one of those things that gets taken out pretty early on, I remember there were not many of these on any servers I played on. But here is a SS of the weapon.

It gets changed to the Blade of the Green Dragon eye. 1 less damage and no proc.
