I'm sorry everyone is neglecting your Rogean dicksuck jokes and just raging/perma banning Toop for inquiring about the reason he was suspended without proof other than the fact the software was running on his computer while EQ was up.

It's a valid argument, regardless of whether or not it may look shady and imply he's just butthurt he got booted.

Is it against server policy to have the program running in the background, or is it against server policy to use it in game?

if showeq (as he claims it was, and not mq) is running, it's performing illegal operations (see dll injection). it should not be running while playing p99. he knew the risks.
