Actually just discussed this in TS last night. I can proc deluxee no problem. I can charge in to melee. Between 3 and 8 seconds after I melee him @ about 50dps. He then becomes unstunned and back-stabs me for somewhere around 400-1400dmg.

The reason a Tstaff is so great isn't really the proc so much as it is the 28/29 aspect of it. If a Tstaff was 45/60. It would be useful, but not generate the level of kills that monks can churn out esp when they have to wait 1/4th the proc for the delay to reset.

The Windstriker parses at 32 DPS and that is max raid buffed. Barely beats out fungi regen. If you think it leads you to 1v1 kills, you are on some serious drugs. It does however stop Lite from coming within 200 yards of any raid i attend. It also stops Murda dead at the KC zone line, like 12 times in a row now [You must be logged in to view images. I do not get the water colors reference.

I'm not great at math, but by my calculations 32dps will do about 2k damage in a minute and a toon with a fungi on will regene about 200 hp in that time.
