8 minutes apart. Your primary clues were ranged weapons and *classes* - the other merchant listed only sold shurikens. Lots of rangers kite in OT as well....

Both Halflings and humans rogues have a jump in the water and get eaten by an angry fishy while trying to find treasure quest!

Or Scraps, also of East Freeport, also guarding treasure for rogues!

Yep! I didn't know about the quest, I just remember it from live because there is a hidden entrance nearby to the rogue guild.
