I'm not sure, but I get the same bug with my shots. I just load EQ on steam and take screenshots with that program.
Also useful for not bloating your ram disk, because the screenshot files are stored in your steam directory instead.
It probably isn't because of "shitty monitors", as this bug has occurred on my recently purchased Samsung.

You will notice these people will deny that they exploited, but not one of them will post you a screenshot of their play time and level. If you are a level 40 wizard with less than 5 days played, you exploited.

Not really. I'd say 40 wizard under 1 day played is most likely an exploit though...
