could sit here and cite issues and page numbers where Batman while masquerading as Bruce doesn't respond to, or responds shockedly when somebody calls him "Bruce", or the villan who manipulates dreams? Batman knows he's being fucked with if somebody inside his head calls him "Bruce" or...
