Maybe dangling the possibility of a Red99 out there was Rogean's way of preventing as many VZTZ folks as possible from starting characters and ruining p99.

j/k...

Knuckle, I'll believe Red99 is dead when I see Rogean say it, but for now i'd trust Rogean unless I see reason to do otherwise.
