I can see a lot of effort went into OP. Presumably because rustled or nothing better to do with their time, which is unfortunate because whatever assumptions/rankings you assigned are pretty bad. I didn't take the time to look at anyone elses rank but my own but I placed as a Mid Level Monarchist, with 1200-1300 raids to be fully geared.

Pretty sure all chain classes + druids best in slot chest and legs are ToV set stuff and will always show up lower on list even though they have best in slot chest and legs because plate, cloth, monks loot chest & leg items like breastplate of eradication, robes, greaves of deep seas, monk only robes/legs, etc

You also have the top 2 people requiring the least time to acquire full best in slot as fairly new members that have won probably 3-4 mid tier items quickly that no one else wanted but you weighted them all the way at top even thought they have no best in slot stuff your scale says they will be full best in slot first.

The way you calculate #raids to BiS is totally wrong

Also you have several items ranked totally wrong because all you look at is stats and don't take into account pvp usefulness (even though you made aon a 10point item) example: Chestplate of Fiery Might which has sub par stats, but a from inventory clicky 5-6 point regen and damage shield usable by stuff likes necros
