It's using the term Perfect Communism and expecting it to be. There is NO such thing.

As I've said in other posts. The owner(s)/maintainers of P99 want to keep this project as close to 'classic' as possible. Which means, it will NEVER be classic.

EDIT:

Also, this is easy to understand. This will never be classic because the staff is not, nor do they have the Verant/SoE mentality. And, I personally thank them for that.

Hasn't Kunark taught us that there is no saturation point with raid loot?

there should be a disclaimer that they will intentionally pick and choose things to make them non-classic

luclin era drakes staying in despite proof saying they shouldn't be there, beefing up mobs like vyemm and AoW to be harder than they actually were in classic because they didn't like how guilds with 4 years of kunark gearing and 16 years of knowledge were grinding through a vast majority of the raid content, etc.

Maybe you should have Daldean make the thread.

Much prof shown here.

By now the devs know the loot drops arent set correctly but im thinking this is intentional to try and increase the time it takes guild to max gear and burn out.

Altho, im sure if they simply explained their reasoning instead of giving answers like "because we dont work for you" when legitimate questions are asked then threads like these would cease to exist.

In any case they have done a great job overall on velious, we should take what we can and enjoy it while were still young and on unemployment.

Edit: Im glad they beefed Vyemm and AoW one shotting and free farming Velious raid content would get boring fast. I wish they would have beefed up more than just those couple encounters.

It is a problem with most Americans. It's called self entitlement. Lose it and your life will be better, I swear!

Please link the post in which you are referencing to about the staff saying "because we dont work for you". - Thanks

You play a game for free. Even if you donate (if you do, grats) that doesn't mean you are paying a company money for their product. This is a project. A hobby, so to speak of. They are doing this for fun and possibly to learn new things, such as the difficulties every programmer experiences with maintaining a MMORPG.

Your statement about this being 'intentional'. HOLY CRAP! You are a smart one. You think? Really? EVERY ACTION HAS INTENT! Nothing new, boy. Don't be an ass and come here demanding a bunch of explanation because you aren't happy.

Go out, get a effin job and buy another pretty game so that you can go in and harass the developers or staff. I mean, you paid for it, so you can have higher expectations!

There has been plenty of proof that luclin drakes should not exist in NToV yet here they still are. At this point it's looking pretty intentional.
