if a melee is bound in zone or 1 zone away u are completely fucked 1v1 also people just let u kill them over and over until u get bored, therefore u establish 0 zone control i cant boot people out of zone if they bound there they will just afk walk away for 40 mins come back and continue harrassing me or attacking once im bored of watching there motionless toon | ||

A far simpler fix for that is a melee debuff upon pvp death rather than continuing the flawed pvp level range

Without item loot, theres absolutely no reason to decrease the level range.
Especially with oor healing, the pvp on red would suck and be completely nonexistent with a 4 level range. If they were to put the OOR flagging code for anyone casting beneficial spells on a player, then perhaps +-4 would be bearable. I do believe FFA zones like Sol b and sebilis should be changed to the proper range though if there isn't a raid mob present. This should also be applied to KC.
