Well I guess RD had 1 choice, which side to not fight and they chose to not fight Nihilum. Either way they wouldn't be doing their own thing I guess as you put it. You already said if they allied with you then afterwards Azrael would have slaughtered them so it looks like they took the less painful road this time.

I haven't put in enough time lately to know what HBs plan is going forward but I would assume he would have rather denied Nihlum of all pixels if he could at the same time provide some for his guild but as you made it clear siding with Azrael would mean no pixels for RD.

Who knows though, it looks like some distance has grown between Azrael and RD since I last logged in due to some disagreements on how things should be run.

If you are going to wonder what HB will do in the future it is pretty clear if you think about it. He is trying to build a new guild and his members are starved for exp/pixels. Coming away with nothing is demoralizing and can hurt the guild.

If you are trying to legitimately build a guild up on red99 you don't have a choice a lot of times on what action to take. HB doesn't need pixels personally. He has to do what he thinks will build up his guild long term. He can't make a selfish move to get revenge one night.

Declaring KoS on Azrael and allying with Nihilum without asking any of his guild about it was a pretty selfish move!

i think the 35-40 red dawn that were there had a decent shot at winning a pvp fight against our 23 man force and then they would take every raid mob for themselves

it's funny that they would rather hand pixels directly to the guild that has been farming them with an iron fist for over a year and has done everything in their power to ensure that they're the only guild that gets to play on the server at a raid level, not to mention just a week or two prior heartbrand was making a big case on the forums about how the leader/core-members of said guild all were telling him to "burn to death in an oven" among other remarks of antisemitism on the forums

Who cares really? Like a middle school dance in here with all the drama. Just pick a side and stick with it, pvp get loots have fun.

HB has helped a lot of people including myself so I'm paying my homage to him and the rest of RD that didn't already jump ship.
