This is a terrible idea, poopsockers will be poopsockers and they will end up right back where they were because you wont play 1/10 of what they will.

Server wipe would accomplish nothing.

I suppose. It still irks me that apparently people think it's acceptable to just show up and go "hey, this is cool what you guys have going, but how about we get rid of a few years' worth of player history so I can experience this the way I want." It's just selfish.

Also, +10 for the Bobcats.
Why aren't people allowed to have an opinion on how they want to experience this game?

Humans are selfish. I know this is a life sim, but we're all human behind the pixels.

So whats gonna change if they wipe it clean. Everyone that still plays hardcore will do the same thing and in 6 months all the casuals will be complaining about the exact same things.

There will be an entirely new set of hamsters spinning the wheels to be first.

The I honestly doubt a wipe the same set of people would be able to compete with all the fresh meat at an even playing field with the same ease as being already established.

People got lucky when the server pops were lower and they had more play time. It was less about skill and more about being at the right place and time.

Fresh wipe, fresh place, fresh time.

Gear and playtime really have nothing to do with being able to get to a mob before everyone else. All it takes it 1 person to let a bunch of very mobile people know and they will beat a bunch of people that are online already just scattered through zones.
