It works itself out in the end. Guilds get tired of endless trains and come to a truce, or they say "hey, soandso is raiding fear, lets get hate done while they are busy" and so on.

You will have exceptions like Abacab who would never tire watching guilds crumble over and over, but there are ways around that.

the easy solution to trains is what we did on vztz: fraps. if you got fraps of someone training, then Justice will be dealt. 7-day suspension at least. after a few of these posted on the forums and dealt with, ppl learn and stop
