also, donate platelets if you are capable of it. and bone marrow if you're still young enough, especially if you are of non-european descent.

Yes, I've done platelets a few times... probably too close together though and it caused me some issues for a while but people need platelets and plasma too.

I hear you get paid for donating in the US?

i dunno. i've never been paid, but it does save lives of immunocompromised people. you do kinda feel crappy for a day or so afterwards usually... small price to pay.

i'm too old to donate bone marrow, though. in america you've gotta be under 40, apparently.

Not for blood. Plasma you do, but I don’t think it’s very much. Donating plasma is something I hear low income clients at work talk about doing when trying to scrape by. It’s probably about ~$50 or something

Ya’ll are champions. I’ve donated blood maybe once or twice in my life, and never anything else. I think I’m pure Euro descent, a mix of German, Italian and Polish

Good question for materials science.

I imagine you could create a sheet of disposable material that could have a (however thick) layer of water frozen to it so as to create a temporary beverage container. From there you have to tackle the (rapid) cooling problem, but it's a lot better than spending your time putting more Spies in the Sky. Plus like landfills or something I can pretend to care about.

I hope they go back to being friends.

At any rate, I don't consider it a political question as to whether they are or should be haunted.

Thank you for your attention to this matter!
