It's possible for your observation to mesh with the charts posted above if there's been population loss elsewhere. Has the active raiding population declined, either from the high-end or the second tier guilds?

Red is the #2 server in terms of server health and the only P99 server showing population growth: https://unixgeek.com/eqemu.html

Blue and Green are basically parasites sucking resources away from Red

While I appreciate your patronage at the site, it is important to note that the "growth"/health graph is only over the past 30 days. There is typically a "summer slump" in all the servers, and red's population being so small very, very minor fluctuations can give its growth/health value apparently outsized moves.
