Oh, what I meant about surrender is expelling discontent. If something is within your power to change, then change it and be happy. If it is beyond your ability to change though then accept it and move one. You cannot be happy so long as you continue to fight a war that cannot be won. Surrender to reality and you no longer need to worry or be angry or sad or frustrated. It is what it is and there are better ways to spend time^^
