The reason Verant/Sony rushed the Luclin expansion was because of the summits where people were sick and tired of 1-2 guilds trying to monopolize content.

The reason they went to no drop and level requirements was to keep people from Farming loot endlessly and to let others have a shot at it.

The stuff people are complaining about on this server is the same stuff that led to the changes on Live.

The reason people come to P99 is to experience Classic yes, but once they get here they find its a little too classic in some cases.
The big difference between Classic and P99 is expansions were coming out regularly and there was people paying attention to the player base and fixing the hot issues.

this entire server is rotten from the top down, there is an obvious reason why staff doesn't want anything to change.
Oh I agree, I was on the nameless and LoS pretty dominated all pixels.. The difference being everyone understood that if you wanted pixels you joined that guild or you accepted the crumbs they didn't even bother trying to get.

Aka we didn't have that "hey I logged into the game where is my epic and phat lewtz" sense of entitlement going on here.

Classic EQ was never for casuals, you're thinking of a different MMO with instanced content.
Rubbish. Nearly everyone I played with 1999-2004 was casual.

We're in the new expansion, people want to experience new content, and they don't want to wait another 3-4 years while the hardcore people constantly shut them out and tell them they aren't good enough.

I voted with my feet. I love p99 but it's not a place for a casual raider that wants to experience endgame raid content. Sorry.
Still here, even when you're there. This "protest" is looking more and more transparent - is the new big idea to force changes to the raid scene to try and take 100s away from p99? Its an interesting strategy, lets see how it works out [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Kind of like that time you made that subreddit to discredit and damage p99 reputation but ended up closing it because you're a giant vagina

I un-ignored him because I thought he was having another meltdown, rather disappointed

If Swish is truly a guide then that says far more about the staff's judgement than anything raid-related, lol

The more I deny it, the more it becomes true? I don't want to get banned for impersonating a GM, I'm not one.

They obviously didn't get the memo... everyone's supposed to quit or move servers til the GMs give welfare pixels to BDA et al.
