yes you used to be able to put something in a forge or whatever tradeskill container, camp, log on a dif toon then open the container and the item be there.

Not sure when that was removed

There were exploits on EQemu involving items staying in forges etc., dunno if theyve been fixed over the years but you used to be able to do all kinds of retarded shit with them so it may not be worth the headache just to improve some peoples' immersion
