I am saying there is no way a second guild can compete with the population/ruleset, pretty simple.
And I am saying you don't have the knowledge or skill set to make this determination.

It's one dimensional numbers based and static - it favors the #1 spot completely, leadership helps no doubt - Nizz is tried and tested.

There is no way, even with good leadership a second guild can compete over the long term with this rule set.

All of my proof is in the history of the box - Holocaust/FF/Heresy/Force/Azrael, if you think these are all because they had bad leaders, you probably have an agenda (which you do)

From Jan to Sep of this year our average raid size was 25. From Oct to Nov it is 32.

I don't think you understand Velious mobs require 40 people on average to kill and some more than that.

Kunark mobs are 32k HP, Velious bosses are 300k+.

A poor simulation of variance once isn't going to change the culture of an entire server. Dragons need to be spread out throughout the week with variance included.

Why didn't Azrael take any dragons this week? There are like 10 people max on at a time now. This is a current dip in the resistance due to how terrible end game is here.

There are 50 people raiding in Nihilum

10 people in Azrael

Probably 10-20 other people in raid level range that just don't want to, scattered in smaller guilds.

Saying try harder is a troll.

You are telling 10 people to take on 50 people, and to try harder.

Nihilum shouldn't want more than 30 people raiding when the targets have 32k hps. Something is broken. The raiding is too easy and the pixels flow too effortlessly. Make it tougher so the 30 strongest people aren't willing to feed the bottom 20.

That was the point of the thread. It has nothing to do with why Lite didn't go kill a dragon this week with 1 full group.

at least hippo understands /sigh

As do you...

You already trolled them into making stupid Teams99... it opens in 4 months. Go there and enjoy it, or destroy it which is more likely, and leave red alone.

How about that?

the system works on blue, it doesn't here - for good reason - variance.
i think maybe you guys misunderstand why variance was implemented on blue

on blue before variance, there would be 100-200 people spread among half a dozen guilds sitting on Trakanon's spawn point waiting for him to pop. variance was implemented not to give lower guilds a better chance, but to DECREASE the amount of competition for raid mobs.

if you think that variance will make it easier to compete, then you're just dreaming.
