Just keep in mind dark elf stats are pretty terrible until raid geared.
Twinking will help but not mitigate the problem entirely.

Onthe bright side leveling an SK has never been easier with lots of cheap velious gear available and no class XP penalty.

honestly stats are an absolute non-factor unless you're completely broke, my human monk nearly caps stam just self-buffed and hits 250+ str w/ FoS and my gear is mid at best prioritizing hp/resists

Most mid-level tank gear if optimized for HP’s has AC/Stam/hps. HGL’s, Vindi Bp, Vindi boots, etc. It doesnt really matter, aggro is king, but an ogre or troll will hit those caps easier outside intel.

Yea for sure. My pally is mid-tier at best for p99. On live in this era would be considered heavily geared. Still doesn’t cap STR without maniacal or Yaulping. Caps STA though.

My baby SK ERU is nowhere near capping either.

She is still in progress so I don’t care about the Chardok staples but even with those, and SS plate will need some help to “not have to worry about stats”.

Dark elves get that sweet plate helm. And you can see in the dark. Mine looks badass. But having leveled him to 30, I feel like if he was an ogre I would have kept leveling him. Just because it’s annoying getting stunned. My 2c. He still has the best swag and gets compliments tho

Human SK's are ballers. And they have the best SK stats besides ogre/troll, no exp penalty, highest fashion besides DE.

It’s true. Play what looks cool, unless being optimal with the stats digs at you or something. In the broad spectrum of things — say you get your class to 60 and join a raid guild. They are likely going to ask you to log on a cleric or rogue guild toon instead of playing your character anyway lmao 🤣
