I'm surprised he hasn't been offered/taken a plea deal. Maybe the deal was 5-9 years and his dumbass defense attorney thinks he can get a lesser charge at trial...lol.

No excuses, he deserves some hard time, but if this goes to trial his defense attorney is a fucking moron or the DA has a hardon for him.

Guessing its a hardon.
