is it all classic art and partical effects like we have on 1999? or is it all that revamped zone shit that is on live with PoK books and shit?

more then likely every pvp server on this emu has been and if its not oh it will be, dont forget zone crashing and all that other fun shit that use to go on, was still fun as hell tho.
