I attribute it to having just woken up, but I just realized how close "Alawen" is to "Alanis." No sweetheart, it's not ironic; no, I don't think so. Alawen, the meaning of irony is in fact very simple. It can be applied to myriad situations, which makes its uses very complex, but the meaning is very simple. It is a very close synonym to sarcasm, and many instances of irony are in fact sarcastic. I understand this is all very confusing for you. Have a great day! Quote:
