Camping gear directly is probably a waste of your time. I will say that shiny brass idols sell for 350 - 400p instantly and with the raid scene changes the demand has never been higher. Even higher than PoSky pet dps wtf mode. Braziers of elemental summoning will probably become less valuable as trackers can no longer FTE. Such a pity ;p

It would be a lot more efficient use of your time to farm cash in late 30s and 40s than to camp specific drops.
I quested my own lambent because I wanted to - but in the hours I spent camping the pieces I could have farmed enough cash to buy the whole set twice over, and thats not even counting the cash I had to pay out of pocket for the gems and lambent stones. I had to laugh when someone approached me wanting to buy a few of my pieces but refused to consider an offer over 100p ... I kindly directed them to the wiki website for the quest to show them that the gems alone cost almost twice what they refused to offer more than ... Much less the time investment of hunting the drops and running around doing the quest. On a server as old and gear bloated as p99, especially a lower levels you're better off farming cash drops from the wandering piggybanks like hill giants or areas that drop bronze or better weapons.
