Rerolled a few times but currently enjoying druid life on the alliance.

Never enjoyed alliance on live, hated their levelling paths compared to horde, the attitude of the "kids" was a lot worse, and horde did (and still does) tick more boxes...its good to be evil.

Tauren druids though? I always lol'ed at hornbear, going to give the night elf variety a go.

The Rebirth is the Project1999 of vanilla WoW. Server has been up 2+ years already? And Freakyuno is still going at it.

Would definitely recommend playing there if you're devoted to the vanilla grind. XP rates are classic. I stopped playing when the population plummeted. But looks like it might b building up again. Might have to log in again!
