Avon teamed up with Filthed and PROVED that rangers are not a useless class. He killed tons of casters, chased people out of zones and rarely died.

He also didn't play 22 hours a day.

Hunting around with Filthed was good times. Also a number of 1v1 kills posted vs all kinds of hybrids and casters. Had a 1v2 rng vs wiz/dru outside mm (they were the ones who jumped me), killed the dru and forced wiz to gate, maybe my most lol moment PvPing here. Perhaps I'll dig that one up sometime.

I did eat a death from Dekadenz when he caught me 50 bard v 42 ranger smack in the middle of Everfrost, that was bad (though I wonder how he found me so quickly after zoning in with his short ass track range?). Then there was the time Nizz brought a full group of 50 Nihilum to my solo 42, and I ate a death cuz I got too cocky to zone and plug (thought I could drop Nizz before I died).

Despite the death, knowing I was important enough for Nihi's guild leader to bring 5 of his level 50 cronies after just me @ 42 was pretty satisfying.
