Master Dwarven Smithy here, making cultural armor. The enchanted non-imbued stuff is 500p to 1.5k per piece, and the enchanted imbued stuff is 1k to 2k per piece. If you have the mats, I charge 100p per combine for the enchanted non imbued, and150p per combine for the enchanted imbued. I do not charge for failed combines. I am a Cleric of Brell Serilis, and can imbue the ruby myself. PST via forums with questions, or to place an order.
