key word is "how". as in what was your thought process of determining how said time should be spent. going to avoid answering it?

I thought of to do this with mine by picking a number and asking if the community would participate. I decided on seconding because that is standard. You can only nominate once because i wanted more people involved so 3 trolls don't run the same echo chamber they are running in faerie's thread right now.
